Terms and Conditions for opXOns Prepaid Bitcoin Card

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of the opXOns Prepaid Bitcoin Card, herein referred to as “the Card”. By purchasing or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other relevant agreements.

2. Card Purchase and Activation

  • The Card must be purchased from authorized sales points, which can be located through our website.
  • Each Card comes with a predetermined dollar value, which can be redeemed for its equivalent in Bitcoin Binance-Peg (BTCB) based on the current exchange rate provided by opXOns at the time of redemption.
  • The Card includes a secret code, which is required to redeem the Bitcoin value.

3. Redemption Process

  • To redeem the Card, enter the secret code on the opXOns platform.
  • The equivalent value in Bitcoin will be transferred to your specified wallet instantly, subject to the prevailing market rate minus a transaction fee of 3%.

4. Use of Smart Contracts

  • All transactions, including redemption of the Card, are managed through our secure smart contract system on the blockchain.
  • opXOns is not responsible for the management or security of the user’s wallet.

5. Security and Decentralization

  • Our platform utilizes blockchain technology, providing a decentralized and secure environment for transactions.
  • No personal data is stored on our servers, reducing the risk of data breaches.

6. Transaction Fees and Limitations

  • A transaction fee of 3% is deducted from the redeemed value of the Card.
  • opXOns is not liable for changes in Bitcoin value or any losses due to market volatility.

7. Service Availability

  • Users can manage transactions and redeem cards even if the opXOns website is down, thanks to the decentralized nature of blockchain technology.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for the security and management of their own digital wallets.
  • Users must ensure their wallet is compatible with Bitcoin Binance-Peg (BTCB).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • opXOns will not be liable for any unauthorized access to user wallets or any losses incurred as a result of such breaches.
  • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
